This 3D visualisation project for StudioTech (UK) Ltd illustrates the proposed LED lit retail canopy and lighting scheme for Teesside Shopping Centre.

Working from just a few reference photographs and architects drawings Xcite provided a full set of 'photo real' 3D rendered visuals showing the park in both day and night settings and from a variety of angles. The visuals are now being used to market the new look to the park's exisitng and potential tenants.
